Terrible service, pizza was ordered online. Pickup was not available, had to wait additional 40 minutes. They had no idea what my order was, even though I provided my number. Were rude about my order, asked for name and could not find it then asked what it was. I said 3 pizzas I have my order number and he said I can’t tell by that and I mentioned if you look for the number or name it should be ready. Then gave me more attitude because he didn’t want to look for the order. Then told him what it was and said another 20 minutes. Took 40 minutes more to get even though I arrived few minutes after my original pickup time. Other customers were also waiting because nothing was on time.

This was the worst Little Caesars experience I've ever had. I ordered ahead of time. There were 2 people working on a Saturday and they were completely backed up. One guy, I'm assuming the manager, kept ushering his friends to the front of the line and giving out food as an entire store of paying customers waited. He'd given his friends, who he allowed to be served before me, the last of the breadsticks which I'd ordered and paid ahead of time for. I ended up canceling my order and going to Dominos who had my order ready upon arrival. The whole ordeal with LC from ordering to canceling took about 45 minutes. On top of all that, the back area looked filthy. Ridiculously unprofessional!

Little Caesars Pizza has great food, and I never complain about it. But in this location, it feels like it has a lack of employees, the place is a little too small, and every time I usually wait for pizza, it'll take a long time. So the last time I got Little Caesars Pizza I place my order it was around 2:15 in the afternoon, and I ordered it from the app, I didn't hear anything from a while about my order. So I head over there to see what was going on, and it was just a long line of people just trying to get a pizza or pizzas. Maybe around 2 hours later, they told me that my pizza was ready. I had to go get my pizza, they made a new pizza for me because they gave my pizza away by accident. I wasn't upset about it, I've been coming to that little Caesars for so many years, and I always had good service with them. This is just the one time I wasn't fond of the service I got. But I hope they will bounce back.

How many terrible reviews are going to have to be posted before the owner of the franchise does something about the quality of their service they’re providing? BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE this store was never like this. Placed an order at 416pm Was there at 530 and my order was STILL not ready and THIS is the GARBAGE that was handed to me. Look at the order tracking screen It was 619pm, I already had gotten my “pizza” by 550pm and they STILL had not taken the time to complete the tracking process. WHY DO I KEEP MAKING THE MISTAKE OF COMING HERE IF I KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. EVERYONE in that store is half asleep. The literally didn’t start my order until I walked in the building. When will we learn that complaining here is going nothing. We need to hit this franchise owner where it hurts. Last time I will ever come here. What A Joke…..

ABSOLUTELY terrible location. I love the pizza from little Caesars, however everything about the visits the last 2 times I went were horrible. Not only did nobody acknowledge me for a good 20 minutes after walking in, but the cashier was very rude and snappy when I asked for a refund for waiting 1½hours to even order. The order i did place was wrong twice in the same visit, and there were at least 10 people in that tiny lobby waiting to be served or get their orders taken. I don't recommend this location. There are 2 others nearby that are much nicer.
